International waterjet Machine (IWM) water jet Model number explanation

Our new products include waterjet pipe cutting machine , CNC waterjet combined with CNC plasma machine, and waterjet machine combined with stone bridge saw, in some cases known as JetSaw. Waterjet cutting machine is also known as water saw, water cutter, or water cutting machine. They all refer to the same kind of cutting machines, which cut or saw materials with a high pressured water jet.

There are several models of high pressure waterjet pumps. Mainly 30hp, and 50hp.

Model WIP3 is 30 hp

Model WIP5 is 50 hp

Model WIP6 is dual intensifier.

While 30hp normally supports one cutting head, 50hp pump can support two cutting head.
The power requirement is 3 phase, 220V-480VAC, 50/60Hz.

Abrasive hopper is a cylindrical contailer that stores abrasive. It has a diameter of about 600mm. It can store about 200kg of abrasive. This hopper is pnuematically operated. It has a sensor to aleart the condition of insufficient abrasive in the hopper.
